VECTOR: An IP-based Remote Combat Robot
نویسندگان
چکیده
In this paper, an IP (Internet Protocol) -based Remote Combat Robot is conversed, namely VECTOR (Vigorous Efficient Combatant Tactical Operative Robot). The name VECTOR is chosen to depict the concrete physiognomies of the Robot which is assembled. This project is designed and developed to operate remote combat. IP communication is enforced to control every single state of VECTOR. Advantage over other system is that VECTOR can rotate up to 180? angle with respect to the 2-D axes both in clockwise and counter clockwise direction as per need. Moreover, the other prospects of this project are that VECTOR can be deployed to carry out Armored Hefty Freight, Rescue Mission during Natural Calamities, Safekeeping Tasks, Social Services and many more to name.

Energy Dissipation Rate Control Via a Semi-Analytical Pattern Generation Approach for Planar Three-Legged Galloping Robot based on the Property of Passive Dynamic Walking
In this paper an Energy Dissipation Rate Control (EDRC) method is introduced, which could provide stable walking or running gaits for legged robots. This method is realized by developing a semi-analytical pattern generation approach for a robot during each Single Support Phase (SSP). As yet, several control methods based on passive dynamic walking have been proposed by researchers to provide an...

The necessity of maintaining a robust antiterrorist task force has become imperative in recent times with resurgence of rogue element in the society. A well equipped combat force warrants the safety and security of citizens and the integrity of the sovereign state. In this paper we propose a novel teleoperating robot which can play a major role in combat, rescue and reconnaissance missions by s...
متن کاملExperimenting with the secure control of a robot over TCP/IP
An authentication protocol, based on cryptographic techniques, is implemented and used in the communication necessary for the control of a mobile robot over a public network. The robot is connected via an 802.11 wireless network to a local computer; however the control of the robot is done from a remote host over TCP/IP and in this way the information involved in the control scenario may be exp...
متن کاملRemote Control of On-line Mobile Robots over IP Networks
In this paper, we introduce a new scheme for the remote control of mobile robots over IP networks such as the Internet. The hardware configuration of the platform consists mainly of a Pioneer 2 PeopleBot mobile robot. On the head of the robot, there is a Sony PTZ video camera which is used to provide live visual feedback on robot’s immediate environment. There are two sonar arrays for range mea...
متن کاملThe IP Cameras Performance in IEEE 802.11n Devices Implemented on WLAN Robot Version 2 for Moving Bomb in Thailand
the WLAN robot v.2 for moving bomb away from crowd in the three southern provinces of Thailand needs two IP cameras. In this paper, the throughput of the video transmission from two IP cameras is observed. In IEEE802.11n, the maximum throughput can reach up to 600Mbps with 4 spatial streams by using MIMO technology and many other features which improve the performance sharply. Thus, the perform...
